Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project requirements and content

• Respond promptly to requests for feedback or approvals

• Ensure they have legal rights to any content provided (text, images, logos)

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included based on the agreed package. Excessive or additional changes outside the original scope may attract extra charges.

Intellectual Property

• Ownership of the final website or design is transferred to the client after full payment.

• CoolFMDesign reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party themes, plugins, or tools. Licenses for premium tools may require renewal by the client if applicable.

Limitation of Liability

CoolFMDesign is not responsible for:

• Website downtime caused by hosting providers

• Third-party plugin or service failures

• Losses resulting from misuse of the website after delivery

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client breaches these terms or fails to meet payment obligations.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by applicable laws in Nigeria.
